Polyester Clothing
Micro Plastic Textile Pollution is destroying our oceans.
Do you know that polyester clothing releases millions of particles of plastic into the air and ground water just by washing and drying them?
We decided to take acton and boycott this damaging practice.

Sustainable & Ethical Fabrics
Impact & Carbon Footprint
Sustainable and environmentally low impact fabrics are the way forward.
(LCA) was published by the Textile Exchange, covering global organic cotton production. The study found that organic cotton produced 978kg of CO2e per tonne of cotton fibre, a 46% reduction in global warming potential compared to non-organic cotton, slightly higher than the more limited PUMA study.
We consider the story, qualities and provenance of every fabric before we enter it into our range. We understand that every thing man made has an impact and our mission is to reduce this as much as possible.
Type of fabrics
We use organic seaweed, organic cotton, ethical wool, organic bamboo, tencel, pure cashmere and organic linen to name a few.
We are constantly expanding our fabric showroom to include, new exciting innovations every month.
Water Protection
We use certified cotton to stop farmers using pesticides that destroy bio-diversity and pollute the groundwater.
Organic cotton is also better for water than conventionally produced cotton. Organic farming creates healthy soils, which act like a sponge, soaking up water during floods and holding it for longer in times of drought.
In our factories, we use closed waterloop systems for the dying and washing of the products, dye-effluent systems and sand filtration pits aswell, so the water used in our production is drinkable at the end of the journey.
Our Founder created and established our very own environmental charity which stretches across 33 countries.
The Vayyu Foundation® was established to protect the world from ocean plastics and reforest the planet with bio-diversity and trees.

FAQs
Do you have any questions?
Why do you use Organic Cotton and not Normal Cotton or Polyester?
Organic cotton has a lovely feel and energy to it and does not require any pesticides at all to be grown, there is also no need for fertilizers during its cultivation. It's kinder to the planet, it keeps the land free of pesticides and has been used for 1000's of years.

What does Vayyu® actually mean?
Definition - Vayyu is a Sanskrit word meaning "wind." Vayu (or Vayu Deva) is also the name of the Hindu god of the wind. In Hindu tradition, the five elements - fire, earth, water, air (wind) and ether - are represented as gods. According to ancient yogis, prana ( life energies )is subdivided into five vayus. Its ultmately means 'The breath within you.'
